Acts of Random Kindness (ARK) is a DC-based nonprofit organization. Our mission is to bridge the gaps in the community. ARK involves the community in the life experiences of youth facing life challenges. We develop programs and provide resources for youth, their families, and those who support them.

Annual School Uniform Drive
In 2015, ARK launched a Uniform and School Supplies Drive initiative to support homeless youth attending the District of Columbia Public (DCPS) and Charter Schools. Through our initiative, we are able to support homeless students and eliminate uniform barriers to ensure 100% focus on academic success.
